Epoch or Ibill?
 

Hi,

I can choose at my sponsor to use Ibill or Paycom/Epoch. What would you choose? and why?

paycom is pretty good...

ibill is good too...

I've used Epoch for years now - tried to sign up with Ibill for web900 - and the only place I got with their representatives was "NO WHERE".

I also do customer service for a site that uses Ibill and not only have noticed alot of problems lately, but also the fact that they are constantly having database problems, updating, upgrading, whatever they want to call it... I call it NOT WORKING. Either way, for an answer, I would say Epoch - contact Jeff Southworth over there - he should definitely be able to answer some questions. Their number is 888-627-3888.

Epoch had their rocky patch when they first got going, but seems bang on the mark thesedays and I think you'll convert better with Epoch. Ibill are notoriously bad at scrubbing cards

CC Processors can be a real bitch sometimes :mad: ... In many cases, it depends on what countries your are getting sales from, and other variables. I beleive that Epoch has a slightly better rep., but I could be wrong...
