Good European billers (NOT 2000Charge)?
 

We have a good amount of European traffic which I know would convert better if we had a good Eurodebit/asia debit solution.

I tried going to epaycompany.com's site (gigantic ads in Klixxx), but all their links describing their services seem to go to gamer sites or membership sites.

And 2000Charge ripped us off for a couple hundred bucks, and they keep refusing to pay us even though they acknowledge the money is due... so we're not particularly interested in getting shafted again.

So... anybody know of any reasonably stable solutions?

You might also get in touch with Netbilling, they can get you setup with your own merchant account. But, I am not sure about EU account, best of to ask them.

There is also Paycom EU, get in touch with them as well.

CCBill also has an EU setup as far as I know, also something you might want to check out.
