You're right, I own that name, but it's pretty tough fighting people from Russia legally... I do have some contacts over there though... I'm on this one, could take a while before it's solved though. The stolen content and the child pornography does help to get him closed down.

Go Hun! Try our Us Customs dept for help since there is CP on the site. They were in on that major Russian-US cp bust a year or so. I'm sure they know just whom to speak with over there. And they would step in even with you being in the Netherlands... more quickly since the trademark owner is requesting help! Wish I had your ICQ. Sure every country has cheaters but Russia is known because of their cheating.
There is no country where the % of cheaters is higher then in Russia.
Plus they run most of the cp sites which pisses me off even more.
Sure not every Russian webmaster cheats or runs cp sites but the % that does is much higher then anywhere else.

SR % of cheaters is about the same in every nation, its just that Russians cheaters tend to be smarter and go for bigger piece of the pie :)

Having been born and grew up in Stalingrad I can tell you that its a waste of time trying to fight these people legally.
They can easily buy the police, military and judges for money or threats.
Legally, they will always win in court no matter how right you are and how wrong they are.
No Russian is ever going to side with a foreigner.
In the case of porn this is probably controlled by the Russian mafia, "Vorsci Mir", tranlated means "world of criminals".
These people are actually most likely Ukranian from Odessa, which means they are 10 times worse then u most violent Russian, and if they are Jew Ukranians, mulitly that by 100.
Vorsci Mir are mostly made up of ex military which gives them in inside to data from the military on onyone in the world.
In every situation in the world where they have set up shop in competition with other org crime they have totally fucked over the Italian mafia, triads and yakuza and sent them packing.
Im not saying thats the case here....but anything to do with Russians in Russia is a fuckin nightmare.
