Im piggybacking here.

Keyser ICQ me. please.

Ive now had pending charges on my card for 13 business days, and after 5 emails and 1 phone call they are not resolved. NO I wont contact the merchant and have them fax anything. NO its not my responsibility. My bank doesnt ask me to do that, nor does paypal. Its a small money amount but I dont like people holding onto my money and I dont have access to it.

Please ICQ me and help me out.

The place where you used your virtual visa put through a pending authorization on your epassporte account. This means they have 30 days to either drop the authorization or process the transaction. If they do nothing, we must hold the pending authorization for a 30 day period. If you can contact the merchant and ask them to fax us a letter on company letter head stating they do not intend to process this transaction, we can remove the pending charge for you, if you're not willing to do that you have to wait until the 30 days have passed.

I just don't undertstand why there are SO many problems with ePassporte. All I hear and see are complaints and negative feedback.

This means 2 things. First, ePasspote is not being ran the way it should and secondly .... ePassporte needs a competitor.

I got charged 3 times, waited on the phone (long distance on a cell phone) for 1 hour, then I had to wait 30 days for the pending charges to go ... nothing much you can do.

Competition is good for any business. I haven't had any problems with ePassporte but competition has a way of making companies step up their game a bit. A little competition surely couldn't hurt :thumbsup

If we dropped a pending charge and the merchant were still able to complete the transaction it would open up for fraud.

The bad thing is if you dont keep alot in there and a company messes up your card it could cause you to get denied for a purchase. Say like happened to you they messed up a transaction, or bill you for the wrong thing. After they fix it you will still have the refunded charge for along time. So if you only have 60.00 in there and charge something for 33.00 you'll end up getting denied on the second time they charge it. Should be some sort of work around. :Oh crap

I talked to Keyser about it on icq. If its their policy nothing that can be done I guess.

made for adult by adult it seems.
