What kind of exercises you do to prevent "pc strain"?
I do some neck and shoulder rotations about once an hour, then a ten minute "break" just walking around and stretching. Not sure its working, my neck is always tight.

I just tie my tits to the ceiling and it relieves all my neck strain..no dont ask for picture.. I cannot give away my secrets :1orglaugh

I do some neck and shoulder rotations a little now and then, and I try and go out for a 30-40min walk in between the work once a day. |
I get bi-weekly massages that focus on nothing but my neck and shoulders. Even then, I have many days where even with the heating pad and jar of Icy Hot, I am pretty miserable.
I try to be conscious of posture, etc, when I sit at the monitor, but so far, I still end up with what feels like an I beam rammed in my neck. |

go to the gym in the morning - mid afternoon do a couple of hours work on my project car and late evening go for a jog -
