i need a virtual hosting plan that will give me unlimited domains and 10 or more NEW IPs per month .. please help, need asap.

i just looked at globat they are no good they say only 5 domains per account


i talked to atci he told me they cannot but a lot of host should be able to do this i dont see why i am having so much trouble!!
