11/dollars a gallery is that the going rate?

thats pretty expensive.. you could have an outsourcer work 8 hours a day 6 days a week submitting tons of galleries per day.

1 gallery a day? if you'll do 40-50 maybe i'd consider. 40-50 hand submissions should only take 2-3 hours max btw.

Exactly, it's prolly some old employee trying to get into the business thinking that he knows how to submit as he did it once.
