Hosting, once again!

I am looking for a cheap (for a non-productive project) and quick (quickly setup) hosting solution. I need to fulfill these requirements though:

- Apache

- mysql 4.x.

- php4 (or higher, but not php5). (with Zend Engine v1.3.0 and Zend Optimizer v2.5.10 / 2.6.0).

- php libraries required: GD2.x with JPEG support, FTP support enabled

- ZendOptimizer 2.5 or newer to run encrypted php files

- perl Image::Magick module (5.5.7 or newer) Image::Magick installed as perl extension, not as run-time (convert) version.

- tar, gzip (from shell only)

- wget (accessible from apache as well)

- Apache/PHP configuration: Permissions to execute shell commands through php code (i.e. exec(); system(); and chmod must be allowed). Running of php scripts through the php executable is also required.

- Apache/PHP configuration: PHP installed as a module, not as CGI (Server API: Apache)

- Apache/PHP configuration: php must be installed as CLI too, CLI version must be compiled with Zend Optimizer

- Apache/PHP configuration: Ideally, safe mode should be off (both as a local and master value).

- Apache/PHP configuration:allow_url_fopen should be on

"Most" won't help me... but I appriciate the reply.

Well, thanks for the replies, but I got those types of replies in the last 2 threads. Each time I signed up for a host that at the end, couldnhahaha8217;t meet those requirements. Each time I caused the software company, which needs to install software (therefore the requirements), unnecessary work.

Maybe best is if those who can help send an e-mail with pricing to my hotmail account: [email protected].

Please keep in mind; this is for a non-productive / very low traffic project.

Thanks, I think I did last time. I believe the pricing was way too high, not saying that it wouldn?t be worth it or is not a good pricing, just too high for a ?little? project that won't generate any money.

hard to imagine being high on the price. the SW requirements look pretty easy too.
