I have send 320 ? with Paypal to a GFY member, after i have send the money this member is disappear, i haven't buy with Ebay but in the specific GFY category...now what i can do ? Someone help me ?

It sucks to be ripped off but didn't alarm bells ring with the price being just $320 and the guy a new user? Doing business in that scenario is a little like putting a big sign on your head saying 'sucker here - come and get it'.

Spending that kind of money you should do a little more research into the seller.

has anyone here ever thought of creating a escrow thing for transactions on this board? just give the money to a 3rd party and longtime trusted board member that has proven his/her worthiness and when the transaction is completed, forward the money and take a % cut or whatever. it would cut down on these stupid scams here and make you some change in the process

320 euros for a 10D? Sounds a little too low, even for a 2+ year old camera... a 300D would probably be worth about that much. Hope you get your cash back.
