What's the best paid one and the best Free one?

Zend one is pretty nice, but what other ones are available that do debugging and formatting your code for you etc.

I like http://www.textpad.com/
It's cheap and does the job.

notepad.exe

comes with windows.

Winsyntax been using it for years now. very small, easy, and nice.

i use "pspad" and "php designer 2005"
