Cyberage is great for beginners, they give you free hosting( domain hosting) and free content for your sites. Also they have great link list traffic which leads to many upsells in your members area. I have been using them for a long time and they are great...

I've had success with SexKey for quite some time and will never say anything bad about them...

But I'm thinking of switching (at least to some degree) to FreeAgeCard - see sig for link. Pretty tough to beat those payouts...
