My STRONGBOXXX follow up report (my anti-drama)
 

So, for those that have been following....here is the end result

it turns out it was a installer at AWW that made a simple mistake in installing that caused my members area to go down for those hours...which could have been worse if it had been later in the day, but luckily it was a saturday morning at 7am-noon or so..it shouldn't have happened, but mistakes are made sometimes, and I can understand that

Ray got involved this past weekend and Strongboxxx is now installed on my system and working at 100%...thank you ray for weeding through all my cursing long enough to understand what I was saying.

AWW apologized for the error and have refunded my money, but I don't feel like I need to take the software for free, that is Ray's hard work, and I will be sending the money back through

So, drama/stress over...I am happy now

It's good to see that people can acknowledge the imperfections of others without assuming it's a scam or bad service. I hate the saying, because of the the generalization but "Shit DOES happen."

From what I've heard from clients, Strongbox is a great product and Ray will work with you till you're satisfied.

And if DOES say a lot about YOU in that you both recognize that and are still willing to pay for the software and the effort, notwithstanding the inconvenience to you personally.

Yes, I am willing to send back the money that was refunded. I feel that Ray works hard on his software, and I know what it feels like to not make money from something you worked hard on because of something that was out of your control

Ray is a great guy with a great product that I've known since 1997.

yeah, she is pretty crazy....but that is something I love about her :)

sorry that you feel I have made a big deal out of something that didn't deserve it. While I think that most of GFY would disagree, I would like to know why you feel this way?

Glad you got taken care of. Ray has always been TOP NOTCH in my dealings with him and my strongbox installs.

Strongbox is a good product but I've had nothing but shit from Adult WebWare. They botched the install, refused to send me login information to thier support site and of course kept the cash.

Ray is a class act that is partnering with crap. Doesn't make sense to me but I'm glad you got things worked out Jace :)
