But I used to work on cruise ships, so I'd travel alot and see alot of different places. And I remember St-Maarten and St-Thomas being a shoppers paradise.
I remember buying 1 Litre bottles of Crown Royale for 8$ American... thats crazy low! lol
They've also got some good choices in Jewelery (I would know, I was the onboard jeweler for the cruise ships).
