Is there some sort of affiliate program or a way for me to earn money by people text messaging me?, or when they email me?

Without getting into details I email people property deals, and say I make $3000-5000 for each one, I email a lot of people, and if I could get 5 cents for a reply email or 5 cents for someone to text me.

I would make money and get more serious people
