Comus or Auto Gallery?
 

I'm going to throw up a MGP site to mess around with and was wondering which one of these scripts do you all prefer? So far, I'm working my way though the comus install/settings etc and was just wondering about Auto Gallery also.

Good or bad inputs let me hear em! I prefer a nice easy clean install.

Auto Gallery kicks ass...

I have a license for both, plus Vanilla and SmartThumbs.

SmartThumbs is my favorite of the bunch.

I haven't worked with Comus, but Autogallery is a straight forward install

Hmm guess I'm off to look at auto gallery tonight.

This will just be used to import hosted galleries etc. Not taking any submits. Candyman :) hit me up on ICQ sometime man :)

in that case check out TGP Rotater .

I use Autogallery SQL for a fake tgp and it works great. Lot's of functionality for a good price.

For the simplicity and price try Auto gallery..

comus has a lot of power under the hood, but then again I haven't used autogallery yet..

Yeah, it might actually be more then I need though.

With comus you can import galleries already in the main database, already thumbed with descriptions.
With comus you can import with ease, but wait till you try the turbo cropper, I thumbed 1300 galleries on sunday

Im using Auto gallery. It's great!

SmartThumbs is great ao so are the support people :)

Since its a "fake" TGP and you don't have to deal with submitters and cheaters, why pay the price for full blown Comus or Smart ($200+) script,
when you can get TGP Rotator for $85

Why get the full-blown version of Comus when there's a free version of Comus available...Free is ALOT lower than $85.

Why pay 85$ for a script that can't grow productive sites

why pay anything? Get a free copy of comus, make some money, then upgrade, the upgrade is as simple as changeing some code on the license. Start small and grow, but don't pick a script that won't grow with you. Get a script that you can't outgrow, ComusThumbs!
