how do i get to the page which shows if memberships are still active.It used to have a Y or N and for the life of me i cant find that page. Did they remove it?

Nope....

You can view all of your active members in the CCBill Admin at
REPORTS>MEMBERS>ACTIVE MEMBERS, select 'Apply Changes.'
