FUCK Outsourcing!!! I called sprint 2 time other day, Cuz I couldn't understand a fuckn word the first guy was saying.. You want American money, fuckn speak American..

the best is when they tell you an american name like "Rob", "Jake" etc. When OBVIOUSLY their name is fucking Habbib or someshit.

Sprint/Nextel is the WORST about this, esp. their so-called "order support" team. These are the people you get to call when they fuck up and dont send some equiptment thing you have ordered, send you the wrong thing or send you something broken. The little gook I had to deal with really was a bitch. They arent nice people.

T-mobile has the best plans but do suck with support during peak hours. Select the option to Close your account, you'll get a support person faster or select New account. With any company selecting to open/sale or terminate an account will get you support faster.

I have been a customer representative for three months and one of the main problems that I encountered was about this one.As far as I know, there's a specific group handling equipment orders.
