WordPress permalinks question

Does anyone know if it's possible to refresh the permalinks if you're using the Date and name based option?

i.e. if you change the title the blog post's permalink doesn't change (it remains what you initially put in as the title)

yes you can change the permalink by editing the Post-Slug
