There are also a battery of other satellite sites serving it and being served by it.

On ALL sites I have advertising, upsells and downsells.

I serve both webmasters and end users.

I may be selling all this in less than 6 months due to personal reasons.

Mu 1.5 million uniques sites used 60 up untill last month.
Then I realised it was better to upgrade to a pentium processor. Now 25 is enough.
Anyone wanna buy 60 state of the art top tuned 386sx servers, all have 32 MB ram, 512 MB IDE33 HD's (huge mutherfuckkers eh? :thumbsup ) and special build FAST parallel cables (switch included... Actually one I made myself with some duck tape and stuff so don't put it too close to anything that can burn)

depends on the amount of cgi involved. if it's straight HTML and small k sized pages it could be on one server

Even if they were packed with a shitload of server side prcoessing going on.. do you think they'd need 25 servers? Sounds like a bit of overkill to me.
