Does it matter if you make the same post in more than one category?

Nope. That's what most people do.

So just to clarify - you mean, make a post but attach more than one category to it, in the same blog?

Yep, that's what I mean.

For example, I write a post about a dominant asian sadist, who's over 40. I'd put that post into following categories : bdsm, asian, mature. One post, creating 3 pages.

If you're talking about permalinks and a single post in multiple categories then it wont matter, wordpress will only list 1 category in the link.

as long as it is relevant, go for it
