anyone notice their host being bogged down?

more in particular, anyone submitting Movie galleries or running mad traffic....are your hosts just not cutting it?

Im in the market and i need some info ....

or do you have good news for me and know of a host that just flys like the wind.....either post here or ICQ me your dirt.....
