Acronym definitions

It's been too damn long and I can't seem to remember what Do TGP & MGP stand for :P Been behind my drawing desk too long. Actually if there are any other adult industry acronyms out ther (because I know I can't think of them now) post them with their definition. I need enlightenment ;)
