Beckham belongs in the Premier League, he just doesn't seem right in Spain. I think he should go back to Man U so they can reclaim the throne.

I hope you are tortured and beheaded. Your only claim to fame should be your death video on Ogrish.

The Demon 03-11-2006 11:13 PM

Ahahah a red devils hater. You are DEFINITELY a supporter of either Arsenal or Liverpool..

Your demise will follow shortly after Beckham has ended the trianny of the Sith (ManU and Chelsea). Wouldnt it be great to watch Beckham knock out Manchester United in the FA Cup?

The Demon 03-11-2006 11:29 PM

Hahahahahahh.. I have a British friend who loves liverpool so that's how I know where you're from.. Dunno why Arsenal and Liverpool hate Man U, I guess they're jealous of skill.

Just remember ManU were the highest grossing team in the world. With the Emirates Stadium being built we will be you on match day even though the stadium is slightly smaller. Southerners have more cash for a ticket :winkwink:

The Demon 03-12-2006 12:42 AM

Isn't Real Madrid the highest grossing team? Man U is second.

Yeah Real became the highest grossing when they signed Beckham. When we have Beckham and the new stadium we will own everything.

Just call us Sith Lords.

Paul Markham 03-12-2006 01:04 AM

Arsenal need Beckham like they need me in the midfield.

They are already well supplied with play makers, what they lack is STEEL in the middle of the park. If you want to beat Arsenal it's not secret how to, hassle and pressure them. Beckham is not the key.

I would think there biggest worry is who to sign when Henri leaves at the end of the season because of no European Champions competition.

adamneve 03-12-2006 01:12 AM

if Beck goes to Arsenal i think Henry will stay there also and then it will be come deadly for any other team

Do you honestly see Henry and Beckham playing for Arsenal if they are not in the Champions League?

Also the number of shirts Beckhams name sells he will be very expensive and I'm not sure Arsenal will spend that much. Don't forget what they will have to pay him, think of the politics in the dressing room if he joins.

Cambell, Cole and Henry would be expecting huge pay rises. The rest of the team will not because if you look at the team that played Real you see few real stars. All good players or promising but how many world class players do you see?

Lehmann, Eboue, Toure, Senderos, Flamini, Hleb (Bergkamp 86), Silva, Fabregas, Reyes (Pires 68), Henry, Ljungberg.

Don't get me wrong, I'm an Arsenal supporter, after West Ham, and I'm being brutally honest. They need STEEL in the middle not an over paid star.

Did you see some of the balls he was passing in the Real - Arsenal game?

I personally think he needs to step up a gear for the World Cup and hope he can. But not a has been by any means, just not right for Arsenal.

v4 media 03-12-2006 03:30 AM

he only pays 5% tax in Spain.. they'd have to pay him so much fucking money, and they probably can't afford him.

I watch Madrid alot.. he is one of their best players, they'll kick out Ronaldo and Zidane, but not him. They get 50% of his image rights aswell, that makes them alot of money.

I think Beckham is STEEL. I think he is a hard bastard. He isnt scared to go in. He deosnt give a fuck about putting a man down. I still think it was great when he got banned for a game on purpose as he knew he was injured. He comes from the Roy Keane school of football.

Unreal how people like Arsenal and West Ham. I am the same.

How much football do you watch?

Pandemos 03-12-2006 10:06 AM

Beckham has said he wants to play in London? All I've ever heard him say is that he wants to keep on playing for Real Madrid.

I guess it comes down to the money though. Is his contract up at the end of this season? If so, there won't be a transfer fee involved so he could easily walk to whoever offered him the most money.

Wouldn't surprise me if he ended up at Liverpool. They need someone with his scoring and goal-setting ability, the commercial benefits of signing him would justify giving him a huge salary and as things stand, Champions League football is likely next season.

amaze 03-12-2006 10:37 AM

well I like to see Beckham come out as a gunner
But if he goes to Chelsea he will be a has been, I done think it will be a club for him....

The Demon 03-12-2006 10:50 AM

Yea Beckham and Henry will be an amazing team. On another note I watched the Arsenal Real Madrid game and let me tell you, Real Madrid really sucks. Ronaldo got fat and he's terrible, Zidane is terrible. They have all of these old superstars with fat contracts, but are going nowhere. I don't why in soccer , after a player earns fifa player of the year honors as Zidane and Ronaldo did, these players stop playing. I mean you can see that neither one of them cares to play the game anymore, they're not close to being what they once were and it's not age, because Henry gets better every year. He's got the fire and they just suck.

Thumbler 03-12-2006 10:53 AM

What they really need is Patrick Vieira back!

Beckham sucks ass and he's only looking because Chelsea won't have him and with all the shit going on now at Real Madrid he's going to fly before they kick him out. The era of the Galacticos is over and Beckham knows Chelsea won't have him, so he'll settle for second best lol

The Demon 03-12-2006 11:40 PM

Beckham doesn't suck. He's the best free kicker in the world.

tristan_D 03-13-2006 01:41 AM

its the unpredictability that makes Beckham a must-watch skipper

I think he is a weak pussy and a crybaby. If Arsenal signs him and makes it to the champions league, they won't go though stage 1 with him.

Violetta 03-13-2006 02:29 AM

interesting... he is a good player!

Sexsitesurfer 03-13-2006 02:38 AM

I think Beckham's age is against him joining Arsenal as Wenger consistently invests in young players. Who was the last 30yr old we signed who wasn't a goalkeeper?

He is a good player combining skill and "English grit" but I don't think he is right for Arsenal's investment policy.

good result against Liverpool yesterday, it almost made up for the England rugby team's humiliation against France!!!

Beckham is still good. But aren't there better players for less money?

Also I have the idea when a team really needs him, he is to busy with himself, and fucks it up(red cards etc)
