I went to physical therapy for persistent headaches and it worked wonders. Try chin retractions... Straighten up your back and neck, then tuck your whole head back. Try 3 sets of ten. Works every time.

So how's it now? Did you try nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs?

I get migraines. A bunch of Excedrin and Gatorade works best for me.

I don't like the Imitrex, so I don't use it anymore. I prefer the old shot form, which they won't do for me.

Acupuncture worked on me, but I haven't kept up with it since moving from NYC.
