I don't see why a tgp wouldn't allow it. The key is not to over do it. Ask yourself if there is a specific reason that you should use Flash or are you just using it for eye candy... :2 cents:

If the reviewer has to wait for it to load up they decline it and assume the server is slow, and may blacklist the server.

Why would you? You're trying to get the surfers credit card number, not show off your artistic creativity. I just can't see a reason why you'd want to.

There's plenty of reasons to do it. Looks is just one of them.

I'm sure there's a lot of cheaters that would use the potential exploit abilities flash gives though.

True, but that's just part of the equation.

For example, If you took a blank page and threw some pics or movies on it and a link that said "click here to join" and took the same page with the same exact content with a nice layout/graphics, im sure it would sell better.
