Epassporte Account Verification SeeSaw... weeeaa

Well, my first legit complaint about Epassporte.

Recently they sent me an email to my epassporte account asking me to verify my account. I am not sure why either. When my account was setup, I did it at the main office of Paycom.net when they are one and the same. The gal who set it up ensured me that all of that crap is bypassed. I will never have this type of shit going on.

So I get this email but I have NO IDEA I even got it since I don't read my epassporte email. If I want to see who sent me money I just look at the transaction record.

So I call for an unrelated problem and the girl on the phone is kinda shocked that I don't read me emails. I am like, lady, important shit like account verification or we close your account should also go to the email I gave you when I setup the account. So apparently I have been getting notices and didn't know my account is about to be closed.

So I take the pictures. Nice ones... And send them in. I think it is done. Today I get another email. Only this time it is a first edition. Which means someone verified the account. And now it is asking AGAIN! WTF? How many fucking times do I need to verify the same fucking account with you people?

someone should really look into this stuff, people are complainign about poor support every day on here... having Keyser Soze post, "hit me up and I'll take care of it" is not exactly a solution...

SmokeyTheBear 03-10-2006 03:14 PM

dont get me wrong i love epassporte and i think keyser is a good fella , but this seems like the same sort of stuff paypal would pull to get some cash , anyone who gets fed up or doesnt happen to have the i.d. that wasn't required when they setup the account is tossed and the money seized.. gee you know what would solve this problem GET THE ID YOU REQUIRE BEFORE you setup peoples accounts.. seems rather fishy they require more i.d. to withdrawl money than they do to deposit it.

Keyser is great, dont bother with the phone support though and dont just send your stuff and expect them to actually do something with it, talk to keyser

Money is not seized if a account is closed for some reason the funds in the account will be wired to the account holders bank account.
Unless its fraud then the money will be used to cover the fraud and then if there is anything left it will be wired to the account holder.

Thats actually a relief to hear Keyser Soze. You guys have been trying to verify my account now quite some time, appareantly with little success misplacing my emails with the attached info et al.

At least this gives me a little reassurance that I wont get screwed over.

Btw whats the deal with verification that gives you 8 days notice? And whats the deal with suspending the account, I dont read epassporte emails, I look at the transaction details. Put it on the login screen or something for gods sake.

the epassporte setup is a HUGE pain but ounce you are all setup, verified, limits raised...it is GREAT

Go to the email section and select the options area, select the forward your email section and then enter in your email address that you do read.... Make sure it is something like [email protected] because you will receive a ton of spam.

v_rocks > Thanks for the tip mate, Ill be reading all epassporte mails from now on. :winkwink:

flashfire > setup went fine, and I have had no troubles whatsoever with their service except it being down on occasions. (this was not meant as an epassporte bashing post) The issue was that they require some sort of verification after you reach a certain limit.
