As long as they have alternative billing, especially Euro Debit and Pay by Phone, you should be fine.

Makes more sense to send it to local programs / sites though.

How about Japanese traffic? Anyone have any? 83 million internet users in Japan. Third in the world.

Also, anyone have a site or data on Googles traffic. i.e. where it comes from mainly, what states in the US, gender and age. This would be a nice tool. Maybe I'll go compile some data.

Yep it's quite easy to target countries with google adwords and submitting to foreign se's is cheap. Personally, Japanease cam customers are great on revshare.
