I've never seen a good designer write or the other way around.. people are either way and if you want both in one person, it won't be good either way... :2 cents:

Jensen, I agree with you, these people are pretty difficult to find. However they do exist! We currently have an 'all rounder' in the office who is able to do both.

The best way to go is to have a designer with lots of interest for php/programming and to offer this person schooling + a project on the side where he/she can develop his/her skills.

So basicly it will take quite some effort but in the end you will get a lot back :winkwink:

damn, thats lucky :) I know a lot of skilled coders that THINK they can design, but heck no!

one funny thing though, from my own personal experience these coding people seemes to love squared designs and borders is a must.. anyone know what I'm talking about?
