I used to go to bed at 2 or 3 am and wake up at around 8 am, but now that my wife is not working because she is about to give birth, we both wake up an hour later. I'm usually ok sleeping 6 or 7 hours but if i don't use a clock i could sleep 12 hours everyday without problems.

I'm the kind of guy who dies instead of sleep, as soon as i close my eyes i'm already sleeping and nothing can wake me up unless a loud clock. The weird thing is that once i wake up and drink a coffe i can work without stop and don't feel sleepy at all even if i sleep only 3 or 4 hours.

the alarm wakes me up around 8 in the morning, but without it i'd sleep until around 10 am... i like to go to bed late in the evening and stay in bed until very late the next day... love to be lazy

I'm one of those who never wants to sleep. I'm always afraid I'm going to miss something. But, not since college could I maintain that frightening schedule...so it's up at 5 a.m. and usually in bed by 11 p.m...which is why I miss all the good stuff.

I really do think someone should email the cliff notes of the night happenings so I don't miss anything.

It would be one of those random acts of kindness..

Got up half hour earlier today and got a couple extra things done and still went to bed at 3am. Tomorrow should be even easier. Getting up early on the weekend will be the real test

Since college, when sleep was grab it while you can, I've slowly turned into one of those morning peeps....but, damn, girl...I tried facing the gym early morning and simply couldn't.

Hat's off to those who can.

3 p.m. is when I can finally face my trainer and that horrid ball squat.
