"OVER 70 GIGS OF VIDEO" WTF? I don't get it?
Ok, I'm not trying to single anyone out here but I've been seeing this sort of thing on a lot of sites lately. Is this really a selling point? I'm a webmaster and a video editor and I don't know what the fuck "70 GIGS OF VIDEO" means. Do you really think the average surfer has even the slightest idea how that translates into "stroke time"?
|
It means "a lot".
|
bigger the better? more the better?
thats what people seem to think... |
I usually blow in about 3 minutes. thus I would need about 1/2 gig or so for stroke time to get maximum loadage
|
heh, i've had a xxxGB's of video claim on all my paysites for the last few years, the marks... er, sorry... surfers, have sadly become a little more savvy over the years than most of us would like..
:2 cents: |
They know 70 is more than 1.

I try and do something like "over 80 hours of video" or "over 300 videos"....I don't usually see people using space requirements
shit, that could be 1 single avi file...LOL |

they look at how much it costs to buy an IPOD.. the bigger the gigs the higher the price.. so 70 Gigs sounds great to them :1orglaugh :1orglaugh big mac index - replaced by IPOD index |

whoa, whoa, whoa...slow down, egghead... ya lost me... (quote from something long forgotten) ;) |
People who pay for porn know what it means - jerk-surfers don't even know a tgp when they are on one - they think porn is meant to be free. :thumbsup
