2.) Tour is BAD, looks like a 12y/o designed it
3.) Larger Images / Video Trailers
4.) Little things such as naming the pages, (not "index1 - whatever")

6.) Spend another year researching the industry and meet some people. You will soon realize, if you haven't already that this is an extremly competative business - compare your site to the competition and decide which one you would spend your lunch money on. :winkwink:
