hey everyone had a bit of bad luck today and my site has been hacked and they are trying to extort money from me...... i'm just going to remove the script currently running on the domain and setup the newest version so this doesn't happen again... :Oh crap

i've lost quite a bit of info and anyone that has traded links with me or has purchased hard links on my site i'm going to need you to contact me so i can get them back up as fast as possible i'm really sorry for the inconveinence and wish this hadn't happend if anyone could possibly help me with the situation let me know i've already tried contacting the host that hosts there site and they tell me they are going to suspend the account, hopefully they do take action agains them i've done a search and they have torn down quite a few sites and tried the same shit... i guess this is what i get for running a CMS like php-nuke.... :Oh crap

so if you had a link on http://www.teenpiccentral.com please contact me i'm running through my e-mails now to get most of the links that were traded or had been purchased back up but I know i've done a lot of the trades/hardlink sales on icq and don't have all of them logged.

i was running TTT i think it had more to do with the CMS that i was using PHP-NUKE

yeah i noticed that, he's a fucking script kiddie, if you don't keep up with the updates like i failed to do your sites become vulnerable very quickly to asshats

they have the exploits to hack php-nuke sites posted everywhere, he's probably a 13 year old kid like i said looking to make a quick buck by extorting php-nuke sites

yup shit happens though i resolved the situation since then and just need my link trades and people who bought hardlinks to get in touch so i can get all the links back up site should be 100% in a day at the most...

php nuke is so bad, they have updates coming out like all the time, he probably just did a sql injection, which is a most common bug in php nuke/

yeah it's horrible i'll never use that CMS on any of my sites EVER again... :thumbsup

You should use the google cache to get most of your links back up.

This is why A: you back up your data, and B: you do not use one of the most inssecure CMS's out there(php-nuke).

a. i had a backup of the DB
b. i wasn't about to install php-nuke on the server again considering the "hacker" threatened to hack the site again if it was installed again.
c. php-nuke was running on the site for over 2 years with no problems or breaches to the script...
d. try keeping track of 2 1/2 years of link trades and hard link sales it not as easy as it sounds... considering how many fucking sites i have...
