Url Pop-up (Windows Media Encoder)
 

Hi guys im trying to do a few tests with WME. I have a 7 second file i recorded on cam and im looking to encode a script to it through Windows Media Encoder and create a pop up on the opening. Has anyone had any experince wit this software and can help me out, ive read help files and im doing exactly what they say but for some reason im not getting the pop up url. ive also checked and my pop ups are enabled.
