quick epassporte question (no bashing i promise)
 
i got my epassporte account finalized last week. i was issued a user ID and also merchant info. if i'm looking to receive a wire from someone, which of those exactly do they need?

this is my first time using epass :)

It is a business account right?
I don't know much about business account but I will find out the answer for you.

You can only receive wires from bank accounts in the same name as the account holder.
So a third party won't be able to wire money to your ePassporte business account.

it's somoenoe with an epassporte account trying to send me money to my epassporte account :)

Its a business account you have right?

Its not possible for personal accounts to send money to business accounts directly, you would need to use the ePPurchase system.

ePassporte have a business and risk model established on certain rules and those rules both make us money and protect us and our cardholders. Transactions between a "merchant" and a cardholder go through ePPurchase to protect both parties and to meet our internal revenue expectations.

hey Keyser, why is it that someone can't send a payment to a business account form a personal account? I mean, its possible the other way around right?
