Your Opinions Needed
 

I own adults4.com which I started up almost two years ago as an adult news site/TGP/directory/forum though recently I just don't have the time to put into it and am considering selling it. I have no real idea what it's worth (anyone have any ideas) or where would be best to sell it? I'd guess it would be worth a fairly decent ammount - it has about $3-400 worth of scripts installed, a Pagerank of 4 and 15,000 pages cached in Google. I just don't have the time to spend on it as I do with other projects.

The alternative would to be to drop the directory and news sections and just have a TGP which would be a bit easier to handle.

What would you guys do, I'd value some opinions on this.

What kind of traffic do you get?

It's getting around 4000 uniques per day, not huge but like I said I've not really been concentrating on it for almost a year.
