I would do this:

Make it a portfolio over all possible convetings of movies files

tons of people want their .3gp cell phone crap converted to mpeg movies.
There are tons of converting programs and make sure you got it all and live of bookmarks

make it with a rolldown menu with points like "3gp - mpeg" and so on.

put adwords on it and earn from possible affiliate agreements.
