Why do you have to my PHOTO ID on file to recieve funds via epassporte? Dont give me that shit its to protect against fraud because even if you sent a check it would be cashed eventually, unless of course you stop payment on all checks you send out.

For current affiliates this makes no fucking sense whatsoever to require a PHOTO ID when you have already sent many of us money safely an securely via epassporte.

Granted its your business if for NEW AFFILIATES I can see you making that photo id policy but for current and longtime affiliates all you are doing is driving some of us away.

I guess I should give some reference to the above rant, got this in email today...

A minimum payout of $100 is required for Epassporte payment option.

To receive payments via Epassporte you must fax a copy of a government issued photo ID showing your name and address, or government issued passport.

Please include your account number.

I have been an affiliate since June of last year, are you saying that now you require my PHOTO ID because you are afraid I am going to cheat you even tho I have been sending signups all this time? Lol.

since when? I get paid via epassporte from like 35 sponsors, not one has required my photo ID.

fuck that I wouldn't send them my id.

I have heard of others requiring this as well.

It is silly, because in most countries houvernment issued IDs do not have any address on it and second of all they just ask to see a 'copy' and not the original.

I would guess they are having issues with tax department as they need to show evidence that the money really goes to affiliatets and not back into the pockets of the owners - using a backdoor to avoid taxes.

Yes you are correct this is a NEW policy put in place to help protect our program from increased fraud. Existing accounts that were in good standing MAY NOT be required to produce these documents - on a case by case basis. Please email accounting(AT)rookiebabe.com.

What the hell is an affiliate in GOOD standing? Why dont you flag the ones that are not in good standing for ID verification, I still dont understand the protection provided for you by issuing a check instead of paying via epassporte?

This whole thing just doesnt make a lot of sense and nothing personal to Rookiebabe because ARS did this too. Very disturbing trend considering many of you sponsors already sell our personal information.

we are in the process of doing that now but wanted to let everyone know of our new term for NEW affiliates. We do not sell inforrmation nor would we take the time to do so hence a fax copy.

If you are whom you say you are, OR have recieved epassporte payments in the past this does not apply to you.
