why is epassporte so fucking gay?
 

one problem after another. they make you do that gay ass pending amount verification, you can't reload the same credit card 5 minutes after each other, and then the grand finale: "You cannot transfer funds to another account if your account is less than 3 days old." WTF? lol...what is the point of that shit? i gotta wait 3 days now before i can even send money? what a bunch of bullshit...

Its a measure that have been put in place to prevent fraud.
It sucks but if it prevent scammers from loading an account and transfer the money right away.

fuck that shit. then i call and say i want my money back because i want to send funds today, not in 3 damn days...and of course they would screw me out of the two processing charges and a bank transfer fee. what a piece of shit company...

I set my account up well in advance of actually needing it so I didn't have to deal with that.

or they have to put up the fees to cover the cost of fraud - a few days of inconveniance or a lifetime of higher fees?

Ive been using them for years and the only problems I have had is with the brain dead telephone support.

I havnt even bothered opening a bank account in the UK - I just use epass for almost everything. 1% is is handled by an offshore account, and thats only because I REALLY have to.

yea, i had some great convos with them. ended up cussing out one broad...i was like "thanx for screwing me out of money, i guess i'll just leave my funds sitting there for 3 days and twiddle my thumbs now..." i mean, i know i shoulda have read the whole list of terms and saw the 3 day policy, but i was in a rush...

if you dont like them dont use them

i didn't realize that i don't like them until after my money was already stuck with them...

Kind of sums it up, if you had read the terms you wouldn't have had this problem you can't blame ePassporte for this.
