I stopped using my Aeron, and got myself a Swedish Ball 75cm size.

My lower back pain is gone, my hip pain is gone, my core muscles have made a comeback, my rolliing in jiu jitsu has gone up, and I burn calories sitting.

It's not for everyone, it tooke me a week before I could sit on it for more than an hour or two.

i just got thisd chair.. with chrome base over 1k for the chair, but WELL WORTH IT!

Yeah, its all my LOWER back. Ive got my tempurpedic pillow behind me now in the chair. Im sure my posture isnt helping earlier. Slouched over for hours on end working kills me.

Im going to get a massage later at a local spa, see if that helps.
