1. Minimum of BSCS or similar degree + 3 yrs OJE in: programming with C, C++ and JAVA
2. Network protocol stack experience with multicast routing
3. Cryptography application experience
4. Needs excellent scripting skills with Bash, Perl, VB, DOS
5. Linux/Mac OSX/Windows environment
