2. Give them the tools that they need to do their job.
3. Remove any obstacles in their way.
4. Give them clear directions as to what they are to accomplish.
5. Catch them doing things right and tell them to do more of it.

We do numbers 1, 2 and 3 for you but you need to take care of 4 and 5.

For each position that you fill we have a $1000.00 dollar setup fee and a 6 month minimum commitment. Once you pay the fee, we start sending you resumes and portfolios for qualified applicants. When YOU select the person that you want, we put them to work for you and only then do you start paying the monthly fee.
