I cannot agree, I have server there and got all kinds of problems, including the biggest LOL: My IPs one day stopped to work, after few weeks I noticed (how much money I lost??). I don't remember the exact reason for this but it was very unprofessional. Support is quite good but they don't have onsite people in datacenter to reboot the machine of fix if something is broken.

I would go with cyberwurx I have servers there too, and it's not perfect but at least they can reboot it anytime I want...
