ccbill click counts on the main transaction screen have been wobbly for at least a few days now. The other day I was apparently converting at 1:35 off FHGs...

Did you try including affiliates without sales?

I don't really care about clicks - i just want to know my sales are being tracked :(

Sosa 03-06-2006 08:04 AM

yeah they have been off for a while imo. For over the past week things have been weird.

jscott 03-06-2006 08:17 AM

The clicks this morning are slightly delayed, hence the reason you are seeing less then usual. We hope to have everything caught up very soon.

No data has been lost and we are still tracking as normal it is just taking longer than usual for the reports to be updated.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

Yes and Yes :)

Gambit 03-06-2006 11:50 AM

Seems like new clicks are bing counted - but i've got a few hours worth of dead spots with 0 clicks :(

Sosa 03-06-2006 12:18 PM

What is the cause with the delayed or low stats lately? Seems like it happens alot, and all the sales/rebill happen at the same time a few times during the day.

Hmm, I think you're right. When I check that option the ratios look more normal.

Anyway, isn't having it OFF by default kinda backwards? The ratio reported is completely false... it's like the clicks that generated no sales for that subaccount that day have zero (and not a negative) value...

yeah i've mentioned it to them that having it round this way is kinda dumb :Oh crap

rowan 03-08-2006 01:30 AM

Another oddity - accounts with "sales" include rebills. If you've sent sponsor X a few hundred hits and they rebill that day (no initial sales) then the clicks get listed.

A very strange way to do things... they're rebills so sending those clicks did NOT result in a sale or anything of value.
