Revshare and upsell.
 

What are your thoughts on upselling when affiliates are on a revshare percentage? Mind you I don't mean exit consoles are really agressive upselling, but perhaps a site review section and maybe a banner at the end of the members area.

Understandably, people don't feel like they're a "partner" if they're not getting a percentage of all the income. What's fair compensation to offset that? 60-70%, no fees?

Any thoughts?

As an affiliate, 60% with no fees would satisfy me so long as the members section isn't packed with ads and links. We don't want to lose out on our member canceling to join another site.
