How come a quick drop so quick?

missed estimates, a bunch of analysts downgraded the stock and they gave negative guidance.

volume is 10x its avg volume so the news is extremely bad. i'd like to know what these analysts were thinkin when they had it at a buy.

When a company has to spam as much as that one does you know they're in trouble.
