I want to do a pay per click thing. I will expain more later. I am mostly looking for a person/partner who can help me with the programming aspects of a pay per click program.

You have a very good point there. I figured I would just put something in the coding to stop them. Something like registering the domains that you would send hits from. I dunno though What do you guys think of having to input all domains before sending hits from them?
