when you call for some customer support and the first thing you get is a rude rep who needs to tell you how professional they are.


and how they are senior blah blah blah and that i should just listen to them


its always a good way to start the call

dont care to say...just easier to vent here instead of letting them have it..lol

needless to say i was not impressed
