Microsoft just released their new free powertoys for WinXP.

Go and grab them. Especially the virtual desktops are a must-have. The Alt-Tab tool is pretty tight too, but not really necessary.

Those Powertools try to make it less of a pain. and it actually works.

the Multi-Desktop environment is kickass for those who can't afford a dual screen setup ... :glugglug
