Totally amazing. Those Japanese peeps sure know their technology.
That is amazing but why so close to the real thing? Now if this was in Idaho or someplace like that it would kick ass for sure. Great idea.

It's cool, but Japan is a fucking island. Is it that hard to go to the real beach?

they get used to swimming in a "fake ocean" then when it comes time to go to a proper beach, they end up getting taken by a rip cause they arent used to the dangers of a real surf beach.
i thought they just had it on cartoons....they did a pretty good job on it tho
surfing in winter will be nice
Thats bad ass!

That is really cool!
That looks great, we need one in Arizona
I've been there once about 3 years ago. It was cool but the really strange part about the place is that the beach that they built it next to is about 5 times nicer (and natural).
damn thats so weird
Wow we need one of those here

In Niagara Falls they sell little bottles of "water that's gone over the Falls" for $5 bucks a bottle in tourist gift stores (about the size of an airline alcohol bottle).
Locals say the water comes outta the toilet at Arby's. Idiots will pay good money for anything. Doesn't surprise me people will pay $50usd to swim in an indoor amusement park 300 metres from a real (and free) beach. Perhaps its the novelty or status symbol factor. (shrug) |
damn that is really nice, could use one around here.
Seen those pics a while ago, but very cool
I have seen those pics before
still amazing |
The last pic is weird. Ah, well, the Japanese...:upsidedow
