Does ECODERS.BIZ ever answer their emails?
 

and their site is down since this morning.... and previously on a regular basis

If they answer, I could give them free hosting: looks like they need it.

OK, I bought their product, installed it but I do need some clarification... They do not supply any info on the usage, just on the install and Smarty templates.

Maybe I will buy Sitedepth instead... Any deals going on now?

After about 15 emails in the last three days, all unanswered ( thru direct email or thru their web interface ), and the site down half the time ( down now ), I think it is time for:

CHARGEBACK!

Going to get either sitedepth or adultwebware...

Wouldn't the all tell you that they're having issues.

I've never once had an email go unanswered. Usually answered next day as I think we're on opposite sides of the globe.

I'm sure once they get server issues taken care of, they'll get you taken care of.
